SIX OTHER DAYS

Terms of Use & Sale.

These Terms explain the conditions that apply when you use the Six Other Days website, access our decision-support tools, or purchase and use the Executive Decision Book™.

Effective: 19 September 2026

These Terms of Use & Sale apply to the Six Other Days website and the Executive Decision Book™.

By accessing the website, using a Six Other Days digital tool, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to the terms that apply to that use or purchase.

Where a purchase is completed through Paddle, additional terms presented by Paddle during checkout may also apply to the transaction.

01

About Six Other Days

Six Other Days is the trading name of Karl Wilkins, a sole trader operating from Guernsey, Channel Islands. References in these Terms to “Six Other Days”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Karl Wilkins trading as Six Other Days.

Six Other Days offers the Executive Decision Book™, a self-service browser-based digital decision-management application designed to help leaders bring greater clarity, challenge and accountability to important business decisions.

02

Purpose of our tools

Six Other Days tools and frameworks are designed to support structured thinking, judgement, challenge and decision-making.

They do not make decisions for you and should not be treated as approval, assurance, certification or a guarantee that a particular decision or course of action is correct or will achieve a particular outcome.

You remain responsible for the decisions you make, the information on which you rely and the actions you or your organisation take.

03

Professional advice

Information, frameworks and outputs provided through the Six Other Days website or digital products are general decision-support resources.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, they do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, regulatory, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Where a decision requires specialist professional advice, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate advice from a suitably qualified professional.

04

Executive Decision Book™

The Executive Decision Book™ is a digital decision-support product designed to provide a structured journey through the UNDERSTAND, DECIDE and DELIVER stages of an important business decision.

Purchase of the Executive Decision Book™ provides an Individual Executive Licence.

Your licence

The Executive Decision Book™ is sold for £149 as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and there is no recurring charge.

Purchase provides an Individual Executive Licence for one named individual. It is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hosted Executive Decision Book™ for your own professional or business decision-making.

Ownership of the underlying software, methodology, frameworks and intellectual property is not transferred to you. You receive only the rights of use described in these Terms.

Reuse

The licensed individual may use the Executive Decision Book™ repeatedly, for as many of their own legitimate business decisions as they wish, for as long as the licence remains active.

Devices

The licence belongs to one individual rather than one device. It may have up to three active personal browser or device activations at any time.

If you reach the limit, you can deactivate an activation you no longer use from your licence page to free a slot. Deactivating an activation does not delete decision information stored in that browser.

Sharing

Authentication and licence access are personal to the licensed individual and may not be shared with, or used by, another person.

Circumvention

Except to the extent that these restrictions cannot lawfully be applied, you may not distribute the application, circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication or licensing controls, remove or alter licence identification, resell, rent, sublicense or make unauthorised copies of the underlying application.

Your outputs

The business outputs you create using the Executive Decision Book™ — including your decision records, Decision Briefs, exports and reports — are yours. You may use, retain and share them for legitimate business purposes, including with colleagues, advisers and others involved in the relevant decision.

You may not

  • share your licensed access for use by another person;
  • sell, sublicense, rent or commercially redistribute the product;
  • copy or reproduce the application for unlicensed users;
  • remove or obscure proprietary notices, licence identification or branding;
  • represent Six Other Days frameworks or tools as your own; or
  • reproduce protected Six Other Days content to create a competing decision-support product, framework or service.

05

Access and hosting

The Executive Decision Book™ is provided as a hosted digital product and is accessed through book.sixotherdays.com.

Access requires an active Individual Executive Licence, authentication using the email address associated with that licence, and a compatible device, web browser and internet connection. You are responsible for providing and maintaining those requirements.

The hosted location, technical infrastructure or method by which the Executive Decision Book™ is delivered may change where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, maintenance or product development.

Any such change does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property to the user.

06

Your decision information

Although the Executive Decision Book™ is accessed through a hosted website, the application is designed so that the decision information you enter into the Decision Book is stored locally within your browser rather than routinely transmitted to Six Other Days.

You are responsible for managing and protecting the information you enter into the product, including exported decision records and backup files.

You should not rely on browser storage as your only long-term record of important decision information. Where the product provides export or backup functionality, you are responsible for using it appropriately.

Clearing browser data, changing devices or browsers, browser configuration, software updates, security settings or other technical events may affect locally stored decision information.

You should consider the sensitivity of information before entering it into any digital product and ensure that your use of the Executive Decision Book™ complies with your organisation's own confidentiality, information-security and data-protection requirements.

07

Decision outputs

Outputs produced through Six Other Days tools reflect information entered by the user and the structured process applied to that information.

An output, readiness indication, Decision Gate™ result, Decision Check result or other prompt should not be interpreted as Six Other Days approving, endorsing or assuring a decision.

The quality of an output depends in part on the quality, completeness and accuracy of the information, assumptions and judgement applied by the user.

08

Free Decision Check

The Free Decision Check is a short decision-support experience intended to prompt reflection on whether an important decision may be ready for commitment or whether something deserves further attention.

It is a prompt for judgement, not a score, approval, assurance or recommendation to proceed with or stop a particular decision.

09

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, structure, design, frameworks, methodologies, wording, graphics and digital products made available by Six Other Days are owned by or licensed to Six Other Days and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, where applicable, the Six Other Days Decision Framework, Executive Decision Book™, Decision Gate™ and associated decision tools, structures and materials.

Your use of our website or purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to you. You receive only the rights of use expressly described in these Terms or separately agreed with us in writing.

10

Your responsibilities

When using our website, products or services, you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly.

You are responsible for:

  • the accuracy and appropriateness of information you enter;
  • deciding who should have access to exported decision information;
  • protecting confidential, commercially sensitive or personal information;
  • maintaining appropriate backups where information is important;
  • obtaining any specialist advice required for your decision;
  • complying with applicable organisational policies and legal requirements; and
  • the decisions and actions ultimately taken by you or your organisation.

11

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Six Other Days website and digital products available and functioning as intended, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may update, maintain, improve or modify website content, digital products or functionality from time to time, including changes intended to improve usability, security, compatibility or the decision experience.

Access may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted or suspended for maintenance, technical, security or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, and we will aim to keep any planned interruption reasonable and as short as practicable.

12

Purchasing the Executive Decision Book™

The price and principal characteristics of the Executive Decision Book™ will be shown before you complete your purchase.

The Executive Decision Book™ is offered at £149 as a one-time purchase under an Individual Executive Licence. It is not a recurring subscription and no further payment is taken.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide for the transaction is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

13

Payments are managed by Paddle

Payments for the Executive Decision Book™ are managed by Paddle, which acts as the online reseller and Merchant of Record for the purchase. Six Other Days is the developer and licensor of the Executive Decision Book™.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. This means that the purchase transaction, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, invoicing and associated payment administration are handled through Paddle.

YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION

Six Other Days does not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code.

Payment information required to complete the transaction is collected and processed by Paddle and its payment infrastructure in accordance with Paddle's own terms and privacy arrangements.

Paddle may provide Six Other Days with information about a completed order that is reasonably required to provide access to the product, maintain appropriate purchase records or provide product support. This does not include Six Other Days receiving or storing your full payment-card details.

Your purchase may therefore also be subject to Paddle's buyer terms and privacy arrangements as presented during the checkout process.

14

Prices, taxes and currency

The price presented during checkout is the price applicable to the transaction at that time, subject to any applicable taxes, currency conversion or other amounts shown before payment is completed.

Paddle, as Merchant of Record, is responsible for calculating, collecting and remitting applicable transaction taxes where required in connection with purchases it processes.

The final amount payable will be displayed through the checkout process before you complete the purchase.

15

Digital delivery and access

The Executive Decision Book™ is a digital product. Following successful completion of the purchase process, access is provided electronically.

The product is hosted at book.sixotherdays.com.

You should ensure that the email address and other information supplied during purchase are correct so that any information necessary for fulfilment or support can be provided to you.

If you successfully complete a purchase but cannot access the Executive Decision Book™, please contact Six Other Days so that the access issue can be investigated.

16

30-day refund policy

We want you to be able to purchase the Executive Decision Book™ with confidence.

30-DAY REFUND POLICY

You may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

Refund requests should include sufficient information to identify the original transaction and may be submitted through the buyer-support process provided by Paddle, as Merchant of Record. You may also contact Six Other Days for help identifying your purchase; approved refunds are processed by Paddle.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method through Paddle. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear may depend on the payment method, financial institution and Paddle's payment-processing arrangements.

Following a full completed refund, your Individual Executive Licence ends and access to the hosted Executive Decision Book™ may be withdrawn.

Ending a licence does not itself delete decision information stored locally in your browser. That information remains in your browser until you remove it.

The 30-day refund policy is provided in addition to any cancellation, refund, consumer or other statutory rights that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or overrides any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

A concise public summary of this policy is also available on the Six Other Days Refund Policy page.

17

Third-party services

Six Other Days uses third-party technology and services where appropriate to host and deliver the application, operate its database and authentication, process purchases and support the operation of the business. The providers used are described in our Privacy Policy.

Those services may be subject to their own terms, privacy notices and technical requirements.

Where you interact directly with a third-party service, your relationship with that provider may also be governed by the terms presented by that provider.

18

Liability

Six Other Days provides frameworks and tools to support judgement. Business decisions inherently involve uncertainty, and no framework or decision process can guarantee a particular commercial, operational or other outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Six Other Days will not be responsible for losses arising solely from a business decision, action or omission made by a user based on their own judgement, assumptions, information or use of our decision-support tools.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so or excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

19

Privacy and personal information

Where Six Other Days collects or processes personal information through authentication, licence administration, product fulfilment, support or other interactions with you, that information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

The substantive decision content you enter into the Executive Decision Book™ is designed to remain within your browser and is not routinely transmitted to Six Other Days.

Payment information supplied during a Paddle transaction is collected and processed through Paddle's payment environment. Six Other Days does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Paddle may separately process personal and transaction information in accordance with its own privacy notice and its role in the purchase transaction.

Our Privacy Policy should be read alongside these Terms.

20

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, technology, business practices or legal requirements.

The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.

Terms applicable to a completed purchase will remain subject to any rights and obligations that arose when that purchase was made.

21

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Guernsey, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply to you.

Subject to any rights that apply by law to a consumer in another jurisdiction, the courts of Guernsey will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these Terms.

Where Paddle is the Merchant of Record for a purchase, separate terms governing the transaction between the buyer and Paddle may also specify rights, obligations and jurisdiction applicable to that relationship.

22
